Memories...

Since I didn't start blogging until recently, I thought I would start off this summer with a few fun memories of summers in the past. Here we go....

Disneyland and San Diego

One of my favorite vacations is Disneyland, I never really liked the beach till I married JJ and had kids of my own ( I still hate all the places you have to clean out the sand!) but I love seeing the kids build sand castles and all that fun stuff! Thanks to the Oswald's for making me love the beach!!!

This is also the great trip where I learned how to surf on a simulator, fell face first and didn't realize I lost my top and flashed all the Oswalds....TWICE!!!! GOOD TIMES!!!

Fun Times at the Cabin

This is one of our favorite things to do at the cabin. We call it the rope swing and it is so much fun, and fun to watch. We love going to the cabin!

Peru

This is the great trip we took to visit my parents in Peru. We saw Machupichu and visited a lot of other sites in Peru. We had a lot of fun, but I mostly enjoyed seeing my mom and dad. For all you who are wondering yes that is a picture of my dad eating a guinea pig. (we all lost our appetite and couldn't eat!)

Kemry's piano recital

Kemry has been taking piano for a year now and had her first piano recital. She did a great job, she played three songs fantastically. We are so proud of her!

Easter Fun!!!

We had about two great days at the pool because St George was so cold this year. It is a little hard to have die hard swimmers when it is only 58 degrees outside, thank goodness for the hot tub. (until it stopped working on the coldest day!) The kids had a great time swimming I am so happy that Kaylen isn't quite as daring as my other children were at her age. (I think Kemry drowned every year until she learned to swim and just went down smiling and came up coughing up water and went back in to inhale some more!) Camden loves to be thrown up in the air to do his awesome flips!

This is our super fun Easter party at aunt Diane's. We decorated easter eggs, made homeade suckers, decorated cookies, had story time with Grandma Connie, and went on an easter egg hunt. It was so much fun!!!! We love our aunt Diane!

A little bit proud of myself and my husband!

Me and JJ decided to paint some walls in our house, it was really hard to pick a color we both agree on so naturally JJ doesn't like it but I know it will grow on him!! We love Kemry's room though and yes I made her bedding all by myself. (well actually Les did help also, gotta love my wonderful mother-in-law!!)

Just in case you were wondering my ceiling is like 20 feet and JJ kept going up and down the ladder with the roller getting paint, it was really hard work!! What a man!
